Life begins where fear ends.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

The only thing preventing you from having whatever you want in life is fear.
Fear of failure, fear of judgment, fear of being wrong, and/or fear of looking stupid. These are just a few of the fears that block us from really thriving in life instead of just surviving.
Instead of accepting that life is “just the way it is,” why not begin creating the life you really want?

Release your fears & negative emotions that are preventing you from thriving.

Design your life the way you want it, right here, right now!

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an energy modality based on the ancient practice of acupuncture. Instead of needles, you tap on specific meridian points in order to release blocked energy that manifests as negativity or fear. It’s painless, easy to learn, and in most cases, remarkably effective.
EFT works by tapping with the fingertips on various body locations. This tapping serves to balance energy meridians which become disrupted when we think about or become involved in an emotionally disturbing circumstance. The actual memory stays the same, but the emotional charge is gone. Typically, this result is lasting, but if it returns, it is usually due to an underlying issue which can then be tapped on to release the issue.
EFT is a mind/body healing technique because it combines the physical effects of meridian treatments with the mental effects of focusing on the pain or problem at the same time. Tapping on the meridian points sends kinetic energy through the energy system clearing the blockages allowing the energy to flow freely again.
While Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) has produced remarkable results in evidence-based trials, it is considered to be an alternative health therapy, so practitioners and the public must take complete responsibility for their use of it and their own physical and emotional well-being.
